Who is Supercare?
Supercare commenced business in Wellington in May 2008 and has gone from strength to strength since then.
Our main operational base is in Wellington – where we currently provide cleaning services across the city. This includes the provision of cleaning services to a wide range of local businesses and many government departments, schools and tertiary institutions, offices, and specialist facilities e.g. laboratories.
Supercare has steadily grown a committed customer base –across Wellington and at other key locations including Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Whakatane, Hastings, Manawatu, Wairarapa and Christchurch.

How we provide quality results
Working with a cleaning provider can be a nerve-wracking process – you naturally want up-front assurance that the team who turns up knows what they’re doing. You want to feel confident that after your cleaners have done their job your premises will be gleaming.
As your cleaning providers, we will put a lot of effort into working with you to fully understand your requirements. Once we understand every detail of your needs, we’ll then develop a programme to fully train our staff to work on your site.
All new cleaners are taken through a Health and Safety briefing and provided with a comprehensive procedures manual which covers all aspects of our operations.
On an ongoing basis, our management team is hands-on. The core focus of their role is to ensure we consistently deliver the service our customers expect. This includes being available to provide one-on-one training to any of our cleaning team, at any time.
