Paul is responsible for the management of Supercare’s service delivery across the Auckland Area, where he provides leadership to the Service Delivery Team. His ability to interact with a wide variety of people and to inspire them to achieve their best will add significant value for this contract. He brings close to a decade’s prior experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory and management roles where he was responsible for financial budgets of millions of dollars and staff levels of over 200.
Along with a strong sense of service and work ethic evident throughout his prior career in pastoral care and the armed forces, Paul also has key skills in management and leadership, recruitment, budgeting, health and safety, contract management, tendering, and personnel development. As a Qualified Adult Education Teacher and holding a Bachelor of Ministry and Mission, he brings excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships at all levels.
In addition to leading service delivery for our Auckland clients, Paul will also support our National Cleaning Team in a new Supercare family-focused initiative. Drawing on Paul’s past experience of delivering Life Skills programmes, we aim to offer budgeting advice and support to those of our team who are on low incomes.
