Ian holds personal responsibility and accountability for ensuring your specific needs are met. Working closely with our team, Ian ensures we are continually meeting your expectations. He is readily available to your company – at any time – to promptly and decisively address any issues.

Alongside running Supercare, Ian manages his own facilities and properties, runs body corporates and maintains hands-on dealings with tenants. Prior to this, he worked as a Business Unit Manager in corporate environments. Ian’s experience gives first-hand insight and understanding of our customers’ needs and service expectations.

His appreciation of what it takes to ‘make a difference’ is the main reason he took over the ownership of Supercare – and it’s what drives him to really take the time to understand each customer’s unique requirements and provide a superior service.

Paul Eardley Supercare

Paul Eardley  / Auckland Area Manager

Paul is responsible for the management of Supercare’s service delivery across the Auckland Area, where he provides leadership to the Service Delivery Team. His ability to interact with a wide variety of people and to inspire them to achieve their best will add significant value for this contract. He brings close to a decade’s prior experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory and management roles where he was responsible for financial budgets of millions of dollars and staff levels of over 200.

Along with a strong sense of service and work ethic evident throughout his prior career in pastoral care and the armed forces, Paul also has key skills in management and leadership, recruitment, budgeting, health and safety, contract management, tendering, and personnel development. As a Qualified Adult Education Teacher and holding a Bachelor of Ministry and Mission, he brings excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships at all levels.

In addition to leading service delivery for our Auckland clients, Paul will also support our National Cleaning Team in a new Supercare family-focused initiative. Drawing on Paul’s past experience of delivering Life Skills programmes, we aim to offer budgeting advice and support to those of our team who are on low incomes. This is in line with our company culture of looking out for one other and is part of our commitment to providing our staff with fair pay and conditions along with appropriate support.

Matt Caldwell - Supercare

Matt Caldwell  / Wellington Area Manager

Matt is responsible for the management of our service delivery across the Wellington Area. He provides leadership to the Service Delivery Team while offering support to Ian in the strategic management of the business.

Highly approachable, Matt builds strong relationships both internally and with our clients. As a service and operationally-focused Manager, with strong people management and coaching capabilities, Matt motivates our team and ensures ongoing commitment to meeting business objectives including quality assurance, health and safety, budget and resource management.

Responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring processes to ensure the on-going delivery of high quality cleaning services, Matt will be key to ensuring your continued satisfaction with our cleaning and hygiene services
